Unroll.me helps you deal with the latter problem – unsubscribing from subscriptions that you no longer want to keep.  What you get is a clutter free cleaner inbox. Here’s the introductory video:

Unroll.me is in beta. Presently it works with Gmail and Google Apps but support for Yahoo, MSN and AOL is on the way. You start off by selecting the email service and then giving Unroll.me access to your email address.

Unroll.me goes to work on your cluttered inbox and scans it completely for subscription emails. There, I have whittled it down to just three from a dozen. You can just as easily move your deleted subscription back into the “roll-up” inbox.

Unroll.me gives you a “roll up” which is a preview of the subscriptions that you have kept. You can navigate and read these mailers from within the Unroll.me page.

It might take a few days for you to receive your email confirmations from the services you unsubscribed from. Also, bear in mind that some services may not allow you to unsubscribe as they have a few more hoops in their unsubscription process. Unroll.me managed to clear a large portion of my inbox with a click. The simple clutter-free interface is also a no-brainer to understand. Try it out and tells us what you think of this yet beta effort. Will you use it?
