So, what are we waiting for? Let’s get started.
1. Asphalt Street Storm
If you love playing racing games on your Android smartphone, then the best bet is the Asphalt Street Storm. Give drag race a whole new meaning as you compete against cars from all over the world. And true to the spirit of drag races, you can also pimp your cars with superchargers and nitro canisters.
2. Floor Is Lava
Ketchapp, which has previously made games like Stickman and Floors, is back again with a new game — Floor is Lava. The thumb rule of this game is simple — jump around your living room. Sounds too simple right? Well, the floor can turn to hot lava any time get you burned up. Why did you pause? Keep on jumping!
3. Angry Birds Evolution
This time the birds have evolved which means they are faster, meaner and more powerful. In Angry Bird Evolution, you’ll have to do much more than launching and hurling the angry birds at poor pigs. This one involves crushing the pigs in epic fights, evolving the birds into super birds. What’s more, you even own a hatchery where you can (quite obviously) hatch eggs and collect over 100 colorful new birds.
4. Battle Bay
Battle Bay is a real-time multiplayer game where you need to battle your opponents out in an arena, but here you are actually driving a weaponised boat. Gear up your ship with guns and missiles as you prepare to take it out to the high seas for an epic battle.
5. Yellow
Remember the Coldplay song, Yellow? Similar to the song, here too, the game goal is simple — turn the screen yellow. You’ll be bombarded with quite a few unique and cleverly designed puzzles. What’s more, no two puzzles are same, so most of the time you have to spin your brain to come up with the apt solution.
6. PES 2017 – Pro Evolution Soccer
PES 2017 is out and it’s amazing. Konami has been enhancing the gameplay of PES, along with improved graphics and the PES 2017 is a proof of that. The best thing about this game is the gesture-based controls. And these are far better than the conventional button-based controls. But mind you, it really needs a high-end phone to run it.
7. Iron Blade: Medieval RPG
Iron Blade is one of the freshest games from Gameloft. Time travel back to the middle ages as you join countless other players in a bid to save humanity from the dreadful clutches of the demon lord, Baal. All you have to do is attack and defeat the dark forces with a combat-focused gameplay which are specially designed for mobile gaming. Iron Blade is a must-have if you love role playing games.
8. Flippy Hills
Combine physics and a careless little chicken and you get Flippy Hills. Flippy Hills is a classic arcade game where you need to make a chicken jump on an incline to collect coins. Sounds too simple right? Well, this chicken is no ordinary chicken, a hard landing might break it (literally). If you don’t jump in time, you might break it. Flippy Hill is a great game, especially when you have time to kill.
9. Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow
Futurama is based on the critically acclaimed animated science fiction sitcom by the same name. Set in a futuristic world, you’ll need to build your own New York city and protect it against bizarre alien forces. The controls are super smooth and what’s more, you can even upgrade your character’s looks with funny and unique gears.
10. Sonic the Hedgehog
The classic game from Sega gets a lift. Run as Sonic the Hedgehog at lightning speed through the seven classic zones, in a bid to collect the golden hoops. But hey, don’t forget to maneuver smartly around the enemies — both on the ground and above. This game has its fair share of ads which can sour the gaming experience a bit.
That’s a Wrap, Folks!
